Simply dial 909 or +64 9 280 0909 and you will be guided through the voicemail setup process.
What coverage does the Vocus Mobile network have?
The coverage you'll experience will depend on whether you're connecting with 4G or 3G. As we run a virtual mobile network (MVNO) through Spark, you can check coverage in your area, or areas you're travelling to, on the Spark website.

How do I access the MyMobile Portal?
- Visit https://mymobile.vocus.co.nz/
- Enter your mobile number and password
- Click LOGIN.
How do I set or reset my password for the MyMobile portal?
- Visit https://mymobile.vocus.co.nz/
- Click 'Forgot Password?' to open up the 'Request New Password' screen.
- Enter your mobile number and click RESET - this will send you an SMS with a 4 digit code.
- Enter the 4 digit code from the SMS, and choose a new password, then click RESET.
- You should then see a confirmation of your password being reset, and a link back to the login screen.
